The power and group agency that this set of statements presumes of Jews is truly excessive - it exceeds even the agency that explicitly organised and connected bodies that are in constant communication are capable of. So I find it highly unlikely.
Ethnic connections and preferences do exist, and so do pro-Israel or otherwise predominantly Jewish organisations and lobby groups; this would be silly to deny, and is general, not unique to Jews. There are organised groups pointed toward particularist interests everywhere, although they are more common, particularist and connected among minority groups, because the majority group constitutes, in practice, the general case. But this theory has such high expectations of these Jewish organisations (not only does it suppose the absolute unity of all organisations, but also of unorganised Jews) that it is unlikely to be true.
Particularist interests are harmful to the state and must be suppresed, but this is beside the question of the might of Jews.
