Is there a specific term for this phenomenon? Sort of like Poe's law and such.

I'm imagining someone with a very basic and uneventful childhood who got through school without anything of not happening and then just stayed home and never got a job or relationships or left the house/country etc
Like the ultimate nobody autist decides to write a book, can he do it?
