>Kant provides a metaphysical justification for science
For a Newtonian world, sure. If you want a metaphysics sufficient for the science of today you'll need to talk to the Arch Pedo himself.

Why did Derrida become so popular instead of Deleuze when Derrida is such a philosophical eunuch?
let me illustrate what I mean by this with the virgin vs chad meme:
>the virgin Derrida "we cant bring differance into presence", "something trascends being and languaje and we dont have access to it" and just cuckold neo negative ontotheology in general vs the chad Deleuze "just do metaphysics without guilt and create concepts because inmanece eschews trascendence and ontology and there is no such thing as a text that contains everything"
Derrida is a neurotic insecure philosophy that doesnt dare to take a stance while Deleuze goes for a constant affirmation of the relationships between things within experience, there is no privation, while for Derrida there is always something "lacking". Fuck that nigga Derrida. He is only popular because "deconstruction" sounds cool and edgy but he is actually a wimp. I can't understand how people consider him transgressive or revolutionary. Can someone explain the appeal?

Yes, establishing ways of existing or styles of life isn’t just an aesthetic matter, it’s what Foucault called ethics, as opposed to morality. The difference is that morality presents us with a set of constraining rules of a special sort, ones that judge actions and intentions by considering them in relation to transcendent values (this is good, that’s bad…); ethics is a set of optional rules that assess what we do, what we say, in relation to the ways of existing involved. We say this, do that: or say through mean-spiritedness, a life based on hatred, or bitterness toward life. Sometimes it takes just one gesture of word. It’s the style of life involved in everything that makes us this or that.

Is Deleuze right?

What is the psychology behind why the average Western leftist feels Blacks *have* to be oppressed? What is it fulfilling psychologically?

Are they racist and ashamed by it, and so ascribe their feelings of racist against Blacks to society writ large? Or do they feel powerful when they believe that Blacks are oppressed?
