Plato discusses pretty much every big philosophical question in some manner or another in his dialogues, most people say to start there

I'm not much further in my philosophical journey than you but I will say that Plato just gets mentioned everywhere so I've found it to be very very useful

Many have accused Deleuze and Guattari of trivializing the plight of the deranged and being detached from their material realities. For Guattari, nothing is further from the truth. For Deleuze, this is sort of true. Deleuze’s friend Jean-Pierre Muyard was a medical student who introduced Deleuze to many ideas on psychosis and madness. Muyard recounts:

What’s the most important thing you learnt by reading Plato?

I don't know, probably I will wait that him have a debate with other person

How do I avoid the pitfall of trying to generalize concepts from these philosophical texts too far? I'm a STEMlet bloomer and I don't want to fail one of the only non-major classes I get to take. I'm re-reading meditations by Descartes and three dialogues by Berkeley, taking new notes, studying videos, etc, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to get destroyed with his questions again.

Tfw sperg without anyone to discuss these texts with, which I think is the largest problem.
