what does /sffg/ think of solarpunk settings and urban jungles?

I keep having dreams of landscapes like this. One in which battery park city had become a terraced hanging gardens built in a baroque style with this exotic grocery store occupying a 4-story glass tower overlooking a nonexistent river that has tropical fruits you can't find anywhere else in new york. There was another where my childhood apartment complex had become the inspiration for the setting of a power rangers movie (no, I can't explain it), but the cafes down the block had been built like japanese taverns and pink-blossomed vines had engulfed towers of blue and yellow bricks

I have images in my head of the streets having a canopy, vines crawling up the sides of brownstones, some roads being replaced by babbling streams and ever-purple jacarda branches blending seamlessly with japanese and art nouveau architecture, or towhouses plated with synthetic mother of pearl
