How does one write erotic scenes? How does one go about writing meaningful and important sex scenes for the purpose of titillation, establishing character relationships or for any other reason, such as describing abuse or other horror-related scenarios?

Without them being god awful or awkward or annoying or bad in general? There has to be a good way to describe fucking without it getting repetitive or boring, like real fucking is.
