What is 'truth' to Godwin? He keeps suggesting in Political Justice that true wisdom is to never stop thinking and revising, but also that there is a Truth that can be reached with proper rational inquiry. Once I reach a conclusion haven't I stopped thinking?

Is the answer just a negative dialectics and that truth is just a misguided hope to fuel understanding?
