So if you subscribe to the school of thought that says there's no point to life, that life is meaningless and religion is pointless - what is the most fulfilling goal in life? If you are a nihilist or do not believe in God, should you number one goal in life (at least to give it meaning) to be to form a legacy?

If this is the case, then does it matter whether your legacy is good or bad? There are plenty of great people who have done amazing things for the world, but then there's Hitler.

Is there anyone in the history of the world who will have a lasting legacy as him? Is this a measurement of success? Name ONE person who will be remembered for as long as Hitler.

This isn't to say that he did nothing wrong, just that he will be the most remembered person of all time, which means his legacy will live on forever.
