Some sociologists (can't remember which ones) did a study on perception of intelligence. They identified three cues that most people perceive as "stupidity":

1. Confidence in spite of ignorance (Dunning-Kruger effect)
2. Tunnel vision, being oblivious to things that are right in front of your face
3. Lack of self-discipline, not being able to control your emotions

Now, note that none of these are related to IQ. Jews have high IQ, and most of them exhibit all of these traits in spades.
