I typically do not hear the sound that you are referencing pronounced in your example. I usually hear a wide variance in pronunciation of "ch" across the vocabulary of even a single person, with many words getting a simple "sh" sound. Of course, some words demand specific articulation or they accidentally become different words, such as "Nacht" and "nackt".
