Why doesn't /lit/ talk about Ezra Pound more often? Is it because you actually need to be well-read and erudite to appreciate his poetry?

Hello /lit/. Where should I start with Pound? He's my favourite poet, and I feel somewhat guilty for not having read any of his work. What editions would you recommend?

Do people even like Ezra Pound? His poetry is shit and he just drops a ton of obscure references to trick people into thinking he's a genius. He's basically T.S. Elliot minus the talent.
