Pretty sure most of us here have a worse life. I liked NLH but I enjoyed the setting sun more. The Moonflower Journal chapter is my fav in the book. I highly recommend it.

This is just as good as No Longer Human if not better and you fags never talk about it

Kazuko is a great character. Seemingly very westernized which is kind of the point I guess. I also can see how this book can almost be seen as a suicide note for Dazai
