None, really. On good days, I like to think of the edifying things I have read and how much deeper my senses have become when dealing with some things, but it all comes tumbling down when I face a crisis.

Books don't give strength

How do you WORK, /lit/?

All my life I've been someone that has made the necessary effort, but rarely more. The times where I have been motivated and ready to spend my time on something worthwhile on my own volition have been few and far between.

The few productive things I do, like reading and working out, wouldn't be possible if I didn't enjoy them.

What does one do, how does one learn to apply themselves? Which books dealing with this topic do you know of and can you recommend?
