We will be reading Infinite Jest from June 3rd (today) – August 11th with an average pace of 15 pages a day.

Discussions will take place right here on /lit/, hopefully we will keep a thread floating around most of the time, but should activity slow down new threads will be made Friday for discussion to avoid daily spamming of dying threads.

How does one hold Infinite Jest?

I've tried to read this book several times before and I usually can't make it more than 10 pages before my wrists and fingers start to cramp under the weight of the book. Is there some way I can hold the book without causing some sort of discomfort for my hands?

This book really did not need all that ONAN bullshit,

what books do i have to read to be an e/lit/ist? pic related, it's me and the book I've had on my bookshelf for two years but never have touched. but once when i was tripping on 12g of shrooms i thought dfw was myself and i was god and infinite jest was actually existence distilled into novel form. should i ever actually read the damn thing?

General discussion of the ending?

I'm 10 pages into this shit and I say shit because nothing interesting has happened at all. Just some kid NEET tennis player who has a meeting with college admissions over his shitty test scores
