This site was significantly better when the people posting on it were exclusively Americans and had no reason to be here other than some kind of sincere love of early anime. To see people who can barely type in english (let alone make a coherent point, or follow along with one, or anything) is the most glaring sign that this place isn't anything special anymore. Something I had fun with for years is yet another head on the social media hydra. Smaller boards are immune to this for the most part, but how long do you think that will really last?
