This is the official summer reading thread for this summer's choice of /lit/'s book club: Don Quixote by Cervantes. This was decided in a poll in a previous thread.

You can order the book online from amazon for around $5 depending on the cover art etc.

There is no official translation for this reading group, but Grossman seems to be agreed upon to be the best.

This thread will appear every Sunday and will focus on discussion of the book up to the chapter we are currently at. There will be a reasonable amount of pages "due" per week, and discussion will only go as far as those pages include.

This first official post will be this Sunday, on 6/10. You have until Sunday to pick up the book, but the first thread will definitely have a lower page count in order to accommodate people who hadn't managed to buy the book within the next 4 days. After that, the page counts will even out.
