4chan makes you a worse person in almost every way and I wish I wasn't too addicted to stop coming here. As much of a boring hivemind as Reddit/Twitter with infinitely more gratuitous mean-spiritedness and vitriol. Doesn't even have isolated pockets of kinship and community. You don't learn anything here, only contrarianism and an adolescent's need to define themselves by their 'patrician' taste in something. For many, hobbies and interests are only engaged with out of some weird political intent. Coming here with any sort of regularity is not what someone with a healthy mind does.
