Depending on how old you are, you should start with a book that is close to your own taste. If you like fantasy, so go with the kind of fantasy you like but on books, and so on.
The greeks are a truly valuable source of knowledge and education, within our occidental work; nonetheless, they are worthless insofar most of what they said were wrong. There is just a few things concerning the greeks that are still relevant, but you wouldn't be capable to extract them from the books, since they require a lot of extra knowledge.
So far so good, the earlier you start your lit journey, the early your singular lit experiences will appear.

>god being reality is nihilism
>god being above reality isn't nihilism
I mean if you're going to do theism, at least do the one where god is totality and not a fictitious cantilever. Otherwise you are indeed a nihilist talking about a no-thing, heaping lies on top of a lie, which in a society that grants you no priestly authority for doing so, seems to not only indicate bad character but also a desire to escape the present reality.

>"According to Colerus, an early biographer, Spinoza liked to amuse himself by transferring a spider he had caught into a rival spider's web, pitting them against each other in mortal combat. Another variation was throwing a fly or two into the mix. These insect battles reportedly made Spinoza roar with laughter."

Transcendent creationist theology has never recovered from pantheism. It only survives among the fearful or uneducated. The more clever theologians attempt panentheism but dualism is still a losing game.

Spinoza (pbuh) would put two spiders on the same web and observe them fighting one another because he was an accomplished Pokémon master. But on this web, Spinoza and his spiders were all interdependently reflected in one another. Each spider reflected the other and Spinoza, and he reflected both spiders. Because Spinoza and his spiders did not have independent self-natures, they were able to appear and have causal efficacy upon each other.
