Question: Does Hoppe's argumentation ethic break down if one simply chooses not to argue? Say there was a cruel slave owner who chose to not speak to their slave unless to give them orders. Since the master never argues with the slave, there's no acknowledgement of the slave's self sovreignty. Can the argumentation ethic still be used to show the slave has right to self ownership and property?

This one by Yeats always hits me right in the old feels. Makes me think of my oneitis:

My dear, my dear, I know
More than another
What makes your heart beat so;
Not even your own mother
Can know it as I know,
Who broke my heart for her
When the wild thought,
That she denies
And has forgot,
Set all her blood astir
And glittered in her eyes.

Good evening /lit/. I am currently at a dead end trying to hunt down a childhood book i read some time ago, and would really like to read again. Problem is that for the life of me i cant remember the title but for some reason i keep thinking its "An Heir Apart". The basic story line is that a pair of royal twin boys is seperated at birth and one is sent to a dwarf magician in some little podonk town. Somewhere in the story line a sheep is accidently turned into a dragon, the king gets drunk on the way back from a tavern and dies by falling off of his horse, one of the princes fucks some chick in the library, and other comedic mishaps happen. The cover is two sides of people pointing at each other while a green(i think) dragon kinda hangs out in the background. Does any of this shit sound familiar to anybody?
