as I know so few of you are
yet to be considered
by even the most illiterate
homeless man mid-emission
on the subway where you keep
your eyes averted from the rosy-
cheeked blossom of freckles
down towards the sticky ground
where you like to live and remind
your inner ear that you're not
an hemophiliac in all senses
just the one that stops blood-clot crying
