This pisses me off to no end, I'm sitting here waiting for a book delivery that is supposed to have taken just a week at most from New York to Texas and it's been in transit for more than a week. I have gotten books overseas that didn't take this long. I am never ordering from abebooks ever again, /lit/. This is preposterous.. this is.. redonkulous.

My mom divorced my father some years ago because she was in love with another man or some shit like that, she told my father and they broke up. My mother never told me about that man (she probably realized that I know what happened and the real reason for the divorce) but my father did. Now, my mom wants to go in vacation with me but she keeps talking on the phone with someone about this trip as if it will go with us and I have the impression that it's her bf (for which he divorced my father), of which I theoretically don't know about (yet) and I have the impression that he will come with us. What should I do? She didn't tell me anything about this yet so I can't tell her right now that I will not go but I swear that if that guy is coming I will not accept this, it makes me feel like a cuck for my father. I am already nervously shaking and I feel like punching someone in the face. What do you think about this very uncomfortable situation?
