Morals and Dogma by Albert Pike. Gives you all fundamentals on Freemasonry, don't expect to read anything morally reprobate in there, these things are never mentioned for a reason.

Reading books on Hermeticism and Gnosticism gives you a good idea what they believe in and what their end goal is. My knowledge about it accumulated over the years from disconnected sources, but the Corpus Hermeticum, Book of Enoch and The Perennial Philosophy by Aldous Huxley should give you good insight for starters.
