How can I talk about literature, philosophy, and art like Christopher Hitchens? Whenever I talk about these things people just bored and then change the subject

Redditors hate all religions equally

Is there a book that goes over the world religions and goes over which religions are factually incorrect and why? I've recently gone from a hardcore reddit style Hitchens Atheist to an agnostic after reading philosophy and I'd like to start reading more about religions but there are so many. Are there any books that break them all down and shows which ones are unlikely to be true?

How did someone so relentlessly middlebrow earn such laudation in his lifetime? As an avowed socialist, you think he would at least absorbed (or at the very least responded to) Adorno's incisive critique of the Enlightenment values that he so neckbeardedly defended as some lame, second-rate Baron d'Holbach for pimple-covered pill-pushers. He will chiefly be remembered as a dirty, living whiskey receptacle and a botched advertisement for Rothman's.

Religion is stupid and ruins everything.
