What are some of /lit/'s /biz/ ideas?

I'll start: One day I would love to own a bed and breakfast/artist's retreat. It'd be comfy and decorated with a library and I'd serve a fresh breakfast in the mornings.
A couple days a week I'd also host creative writing lessons for the customers and nearby residents and maybe life drawing courses, too.
