OP you have to consider, that at some point you will settle down with a woman who will be the mother of your children.
At that point, will you be willing to accept that you are living with "a disease" for the rest of your life?
Have you considered the self-harm you're inadvertently causing by basically eliminating the possibility of emotional intimacy in your life by conceptualising the sex you're attracted to in such a manner.
