Level 1 is realizing that you are not your arms/legs/hands/feet, that you are the brain controlling those appendages.

Level 99 is realizing that you are not the brain controlling those appendages, you are the soul controlling that brain

Hey /lit/, does anyone here know of ways to increase the potential and capacity of one's memory? I struggle with my memory sometimes, for it can be a challenge to retrieve specific words sometimes, which has been a roadblock in learning languages.
Also it is sometimes difficult to come up with analogies in conversation, or to tell a story from memory.
I feel that this is exacerbated by smoking weed, but I'm also on the fence about how weed actually negatively affects ones brain.
If there are activities that one can do to increase the capacity of memory, I would appreciate knowing about them. Practicing something that requires a large amount of memorization such as a language probably would help.
