Will people 100 years from now appreciate Stephen King the same way we do now for Dickens and Verne?

In one of Stephen King's books there is a real long super racist paragraph that I'm unable to find now. Anyone know where it's at?

Why is he worshiped by the masses?
He is extremely inconsistent. For every 5 novels he writes, 1 of them will be decent or good.
On top of this, and the biggest criticism I have is that his novels have zero depth or any real themes or underlying ideas. They’re just straight up plot. That’s fine if you’re reading for entertainment, but that doesn’t make you a great writer. He’s great for preteens and young teenagers who wouldn’t understand any underlying themes anyway, but it’s just flat if you’re an adult.
