The Black Company was the only thing that came to my mind. It's definitely vile and cruel with its share of malice.
I had a dream a few weeks back that I saw the ten who were taken, they were just sort of having a meeting in a room together.

I've heard the argument that because they pretty much had unlimited funding they were able to do the work much more quickly. Fair enough. But it seems obvious to me that there's no way they can simulate the potential long term side effects of the Covid vaccine when it's taken a year to develop and people have only recently started to receive it. For me personally, I'll take my chances with the disease that has a 0% chance of killing me and that I've already had anyway.
I don't care if there is a minute chance that I might catch Covid again and coof (when I otherwise wouldn't have developed symptoms) on somebody who's vulnerable and who's vaccine wasn't effective on them. That's asking too much of me.
I'm not stopping anybody else getting it though,

I know it. I've got a couple of boxes of my book that I'm almost certainly never going to sell. It's self-published (by a publishing house my friend and I set up). Only sold a handful to friends, relatives and a few acquaintances.
