Is there going to be a post-burgerpunk? Was there any literature or philosophy that captured the 1989-2016 period of American life which is to be overcome in some dialectical way? I think we are perhaps starting to see the beginnings of something in mandatory corporate wokeness filtering down across everyone's screens along with images of burning symbols of American commercial activity and civil unrest. Can burgerpunk's stifiling homogeneity and repitition of consumed experience across geographies accomodate these new standards of celebrating difference and incentivizing conflict or will it be totally transformed?

Yeah but its not. Marx wasn't a nihilist. Nihilism is a bit more than "dude, nothing matters". The fact is nihilism have never been used for anything important.
