Youve got the meat of catholicism with those two books right there.
If you go to the latin mass, you should get a missal; I use the Fr. Lascance. Also a copy of the raccolta, its a good prayer book. But thats about it.

Catholics already have picrel and KJB poster's infographic would be one Bible, so I guess others can step up to correct me. Off the top of my head, though, the Orthodox will probably bring up the OSB and the EOB, and the KJV NT, plus the LES and NETS; and other Protestants will bring up the NASB77/95, ESV, CSB, and maybe some others. Discussing denominational commentaries could be fun.

I understand. However, by the time I saw your post, I finished adding the two catechisms, heh...oh well. Nevertheless, I just added your wording to the Didache, added a similar "highly recommended" line for the ICSBNT including a note about RCIA, and tempered the Didache praise with an acknowledgment that it's the best full volume *until* the complete ICSB. I feel that levels things out. I also fixed some uncentered text.
