The Manifesto of the Communist Party IS the official title and the title by which it was first published (in German ofc). if you're actually interested in strange trivia about marx and Engels, try to find the Engels text in which he talks about horses and how they actually understand human speech to some extent, and feel sadness that they themselves cannot communicate like that
