What in the FUCK is this? Just read it today. I couldn't believe it. I enjoyed the main books when I was younger but I don't really defend or attack them but oh my God this was so terrible. There's actually a play being performed? This is worse than fan fiction.

I looked up a NY times review and it was just like "wow magical." Did people get payed off? Like holy shit I seriously can't fathom how bad this was. I looked up a secondary source to make sure my ebook wasn't a fake copy.

ITT we write the sequel to the Harry Potter series that it deserves. pretending that this thing never happened

It does say its "by" her though, it was hardly made clear she basically just rubber stamped it

Good lord, how did this shit get approved? It's some of the worst fan-fiction I've ever read and somehow it's been made into a huge stage production and published. And to make matters worse, I have to go and see the damn play with my Potter-obsessed girlfriend.
At least the movie with the autist and his suitcase had cool monsters and Colin Ferrell...

This book is one of the most hilarious pieces of unintentionally gay literature I've ever read.
I recommend it if you are beyond bored.

My opinion (contain spoilers) :I dislike this a lot. In my opinion is a big fail of the literature. It shows what happen when you try to milk an old cow that cannot give you mil anymore. Starting from the beginning: This book is not a magic book. Is a book about time-travelling. Not Harry Potter universe where everything was magic-related.
About the time-turners. They were destroyed in the battle of the 5th book if I am not wrong. Bringing them back, I think it's so poor, but making them better and able to go back in time with no limits... I don't know I didn't like it.
Then, the moment Harry turns into Voldemort. It's like the function of polyjuice potion isn't useful because you can turn in whoever you want.
A child? Voldemort? Cmon, with Bellatrix. Despite I like it or not, Delphini was made between six and 7th book, and I didn't read anything about Bellatrix being pregnant when Dobby and the trio were at Malfoy's house. Its like making up things for earn more money.
But the worst of all. When Albus and Scorpius are in Godric's Hollow. How the fuck can they see Lily and Harry if they are protected with a Fidelius charm. Only if Wormtail had told them they would be able to see them. but they mustn't be able to see the house. And, how they take the blanket of Baby Harry and return it to him without Lily noticing? Like Ok.

And about Delphini. it'squite obvius that she's bad. I can understand that Amos, an old man can forget what happens when you manipulate the time, but a 22-aprox. girl, it's obvius she knows what could happend and that she is the bad girl of the book.

I don't know if it's just me or what. I would be glad to read your opinions. Sorry for my bad English.

I am very disappointed in this play. The characterization is abysmal. I can tolerate Draco calling Harry "harry" instead of "Potter". I can tolerate Scorpius and Albus being geeks. Fuck I'll even accept a grenade. But when Albus called Ron "Ron" instead of "Mr. Weasley" it broke the camel's back. This is not canon. Not even close.

Is this even canon? I feel like it ruins the magic feeling of the original series. Honestly it almost seems like fan-fiction.
