Pic related: S&W Extreme Ops. Cost me ten USD a year ago or so. Made in China, it has a liner lock I don't completely trust, but for concealable in a pocket package opening knife that i can rub with hand sanitizer and use to cut up and eat steak or fruit or whatever it does the job. I have a few Opinels but I like those too much to get them dirty/wash them just for their wood to swell up, otherwise they're great for the same purposes. SAK is also an option, or if you like having a tool handy a Gerber Extension is an okay multitool if you don't ask too much of it. Use mine for screwdriving and bottle opening and cutting, has a saw on it too in case i need to make a log cabin out of popsicle sticks.
