I envy people like you, The true believers! I was once at the MOMA and saw this pretty girl staring at some abstract shit, I walked back to the room 10 minutes later and she was still staring at it and I felt so touched and so inadequate, she was experiencing something transcendent on a whole other plane and all I saw was ugly shit.

Then you go describe your war movie and it sounds like the most fucking boring thing ever, like so fucking shitty but it meant something to you. There are two possibilities, you're full of shit and see nothing in these postmodern fag-fests but just want to be fancy OR there is real meaning in them but they are beyond me. Both options make me sad.
