Well, I mostly only say that because I'm reading it now and I keep on getting all, Murakami, I know that feel bro, because I've been in a similar situation to the narrator. And it was sad.

That aside, the book's okay. It's a good read, but nothing absolutely mindblowing. I see why it's so acclaimed, though.

I have a very close female friend with exactly the same symptoms. She is also severely dyslexic and didn't speak until she was 4, yet when she did start speaking she spoke in responsive, full sentences immediately.

Especially when you are given an unseen text by an obscure poet.

When they mark so strictly by the answer sheet it's essentially a gamble whether you get the correct interpretation or not, especially if you are perceptive enough to see multiple meanings.

They should mark you by how well constructed your argument is, not whether or not they agree with you.
