How do you guys define what's literature? Presumably it's the same way I define it. Any book almost exclusively enjoyed by men. I just can't take a book seriously if it has a large female audience due to fundamental difference in men's and women's value of life outside of physicality which I think comes down to men's inability to give birth.

Sorry bout the injury anon. I mean eat more lean protein and greens. After a few easy plateaus your body stops gaining mass without significant discipline over where you started.

Increasing the weight will build muscle, which raises your daily caloric need. Doesn't have to be a drastic increase, and ideally its on a large muscle group like your glute and quads. Especially if that area is underdeveloped or atrophied. Try some leg press if you can.
