just don't mix races because that would make yours children's life miserable and you will be cool.Theres no reason to hate yourself for things outside of your control. you may hate yourself for your vices that acutally depend on your free will but not for your race because you haven't chosen to be born in it. Become stoic about it. Read Seneca "on the shortness of life"and "Meditations "by Marcus Aurelius. Additionally you can read New Testament especially Saint Paul writtings on sin and doing bad things which you hate and not doing good things which you love.You can also read some Plato and Tolkien to see some light in this cursed world.
