/lit/ - Literature

There isn't a book. I spent years reading as much about philosophy and religion as I could, and it did nothing but make me even more sick, weak and lost. Unironically becoming /fit/ was the best thing I ever did. I am not saying reading is worthless, but you can only act upon and appreciate ways of living if you first have some internal order and discipline.
