You were going to have to do multiple drafts anyways, and since you know the context you can plug in the names easily once you figure them out.
Are you getting tips from /wg/ or reading the links in the OP? There's a lot of free books that will help you avoid these problems. Your problem is honestly a small one, it doesn't require a full rewrite. Understand your characters' yearnings first for your story and how that ties into the hook. The names help suggest the backgrounds and themes important to a character. Avoid names that sound too similar.

Let me read through some of these. Do all of these areas stand separately, or can they be subdivided? Are you going for milieu focus with these, meaning one thread of the story is getting in and then out of each area?
