I spent ages 8-15 slowly recovering from childhood obesity, getting friends, and finally discovering what people love about life, only for it to tragically crash down due to hereditary mental illness a few years after puberty. From age 15-23 my life has been a ruins, I'm dropping out of college this year and I have no plans.

Maybe I should feel better that it's not my fault, I did everything I could and failed anyway, but it still sucks. Some people are just genetic losers, OP. In another life, we would be the duckling who gets eaten by the predator before maturity. But in civilized human society, we stay around and witness ourselves suffer until the bitter end. I would trade anything I have just to feel human again.
