Online dating apps allow women to hyper focus on irrefutable proof of male sexual fitness: good genetics, social connections, and resources. The pendulum has swung so far in their favor, don't be surprised if it becomes the norm to require men to submit proof of income (pay stubs, tax returns) to dating sites to prevent more "date rapes" by pick related. Men that don't have the above will be hard filtered out of the dating pool, and this time there's simply no talking your way out of it. (Keep in mind your personal genetics are simply a massive viral payload, only interested in it's own propagation, your happiness be damned and the miracle of your self awareness a mere side effect. So don't take it personally if you don't reproduce, in the end it's not about you at all.)

If it's any consolation, women have no idea how to select a mate for long term happiness, outside of choosing one who will keep them in a state of constant sexual receptiveness until menopause; they have no "plan B" for after this ends. The reductive (and highly efficient) nature of their sexual selection strategy above means they're only concerned with appearances, the surface of things; there is no deeper meaning for them, no underlying reality, no endless yearning for a shred of the Universal Truth to uncover for posterity.

So if you somehow land a broad in spite of yourself, one day you'll realize you're still forever alone.
