why has so much time and effort been spent trying set up or modify them? we've spent millenniums breaking down morality and ethics but we're exactly where we started where they dont even matter.
what's the point? why debate them?

I'm not sure what you're getting at frankly, what is there to deal with there? What you should deal however with is the fact that your civilisation, culture and possibly race is coming to an end. That all those pages of wisdom and beauty will be used as toilet paper by barely literate savages and be lost altogether in the ashes of history. What poetry, what resplendent genius of prose have already been lost? And how little must one care to not just throw the works of one's people into the great bonfire, but the people as well? What great words did the god kings of Ægypt pen which are now dust? How great were the thoughts of those ancient men of which now only remain broken references and allusions? You sit upon the greatest treasure and despise it.

There you sit, young lad, and pity yourself over opportunity and learning. Whatever great hatred brews in the hearts of the lower castes must be justified truly, for what is worse than someone who won't even appreciate his good fortune?
