Are there seriously people in this thread who don't write long, letter-level emails? I write them all the time. The letter as an art form isn't gone at all, it's just shifted from analog to digital.

What i mean is that some of the replies in these threads get really fucking weird in comparison with the average /lit/ thread. Every day we also seem to have like 3 or 4 Peterson posts, no other academic nor writer gets this much attention, are we getting raided by redditors again or what?

What would be the best book to start really getting into Jungian psychology. I watched Lain and now I feel that I really need to know more about the collective unconscious and the noosphere.

How does God verify truth outside of his perception? Or how does God know that he perceives all truth? We can only know what we perceive to be true, without actually knowing the truth. So how would God escape this problem?

The analogy to human writes and stories that contain suffering. The fact that God is Truth, and as such maximizes truth through opposites, such as light and dark, hot and cold, joy and suffering. Also, even if I had no reason to reject premise 1, I can at least say that there is no reason to fully accept it. The burden of proof is on you.
