>The oppression of individuals is less than savory. My ethical mode of thinking follows from this axiom.

So it's just your opinion that feminism is good, society doesn't really "need" it.

>Feminism and egalitarianism both can take into account certain biological differences.

But if men and women are biologically different, and possess certain traits the differ from one another, they can never truly be equal. For example, women now outnumber men in colleges, but they tend to stick to liberal arts while men dominate the hard sciences. It's called a different in preference, but that doesn't keep feminists from crying foul and claiming math is patriarchal. You see my friend, society will always value different attributes, and if those attributes are more in-line with one sex than the other, they will not be equal. This will always be true.

>Saying that men and women have to play certain 'roles' because of their biology is a leap.

Say that someone pressed a button and altered female biology to only want to be a housewife, and that's it. Their housekeeping skills were all improved and they were much better at it than their male counterparts. Would it be fair to say that in that context, a woman's role would be in the house? Now obviously this is exaggerated, but you can't deny that the sexes have inclinations towards certain kinds of behavior, and we would be wise as a society to take these into account when determining where the sexes each both respective to one another.
