I feel so disconnected from the people around me. Every single time I meet a new person I don't know what to talk about. Atleast online I end up meeting people with similar interests, but with people in real life I'm completely out of touch. I either come out as a pedantic piece of shit or like an autistic who doesn't talk. I don't understand their habits. I don't understand their humour. I don't even seem to share the same motivations as the people around me.

protip: the unforgivable sin (aka blasphemy of the Holy Ghost) is nothing more than never having believed the testimony of Jesus Christ. It means you do not believe the message the Spirit brings to you. Go back to John 16:8-14. The Spirit is who lets you know that something is wrong in the first place.
The whole idea of "unforgivable sin" is literally just a stumbling block that Jesus made to confuse the hell out of people that don't have faith.

How to find new books and authors? Most literary journalism focuses on YA or scifi/fantasy stuff, and ignores more "serious" authors. The new James Joyce could be out there and we do not know about him.
