Is there any contemporary literature or philosophers or public or academic or whatever the heck publishers or intellectuals or whoever who can explain the following phenomena:
>united states spaceforce losing against barefoot illiterate taliban
>russian armada hypersonic soldiers fighting with bows and arrows in ukraine
>european union's 83rd wave of economic sanctions having no effects on anything outside it, and lowering the quality of life inside
>chinese superpower training its military and citizens to use party slogans as their main and only weapon to stop some american grandma from walking all over taiwan, and populating ghost megacities

I am aware of Zizek who makes a lot of jokes about the current situation, and Fisher who wrote how changing anything is impossible, but I am interested if there is anything or anyone out there who is offering an alternative.

It's a natural result of liberalism and its consequent damage to a nation's demography. Why limit your market to specific cultural groups when you can make much more money selling mass consumable, all-inclusive slop that appeals to your growing minority population? Couple the need for profit with the threats from neopuritan progressives, cultural myths that emphasize egalitarianism and democracy over quality distinction, and the creative class' proposensity toward sanctimony and mental disorder, and you'll realize the end product was more or less inevitable
