Considering a double major in Computer Science / English. The Computer Science degree would take 2.5 years total not including last semester, so 2 more years; I'll be just over 21 by then. If I go for the english major it'd be another half a year to a year.

I read a lot (about a book a day), I write a lot (/lit/ generally loves my writing in the threads I post them in without fail, won't point to examples; I'd say that I'm improving very rapidly however).

Is it worth gettting a Literature degree if I already read a shitload? (about 300 or so pages a day right now, yesterday I hit through all of V. in one all day punch) I'm excellent already in computer science and don't need to put in more than minimal work there to get As, I've always been many years ahead in that field hence why I started college almost halfway done.

If not Literature, what of Creative Writing, general English, Philosophy, etc.?

How does one learn to read at faster rates while keeping comprehension near 99 to 100%? I just read Confessions of a Mask at about 60-70 pages per hour, taking about 3 or so hours to finish.
