This is the third-dumbest conspiracy theory I've ever heard, behind the flat and hollow earth theories. (This one is much more dangerous than the others, though.)
You seriously think all of the Nazis who were executed and jailed wouldn't have brought up that their crimes were not real? Not one? And were did millions of Jews go if the Holocaust didn't happen?
I can acknowledge than certain accounts may have been embellished for the sake of propaganda, but to say the Holocaust didn't happen is lunacy.
