So i am willing to tell you that i have finished reading 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This book tells the reader how to be effective a.k.a getting what you want without being seen as trying too hard by using the 7 habits. But in this occassion, i am only intending to tell you about how to be effective on communicating or articulating your ideas so your friends or senpai can understand what you mean or want to help you gain your goals.

First you need to start paradigm shift. You need to change your Old perspective (I am such independent man) into the new perspective (I am an interdependent man). This makes you realize that to get some stuff, you need to cooperate with other people.

Wat nou? Ik moet de mannen begrippen! Cooperation is possible only if you have got the trust from the people. But how to get the trust? By investing in “emotional bank account” of every single person in your social circle. Use the formula PC/P (Production Capacity/Production). People are your PC and being rich is your P (goal). You need to understand them a.k.a listening without single judgement to them so you can be understood a.k.a they are started to listen to you and help you gain what you want.
