I like libraries too. The smaller, more personal and intimate, the better! My parents have been reading and storing books forever and in addition to those in their bedroom and study they have a little room barely bigger than a cupboard. Still fits 6 book cases along the walls. I like to go in there to sit in the middle with a book on my lap.

200 or less pages? I personally avoid them 90% of the time, because they're such bad value for money, plus you can't really get into them. And, the authors are pretty lazy.

Having said THAT, I won't deny that some short books are very good. Animal Farm, Franny and Zooey, Nine Stories, The Music of Chance, etc.
